An Entrepreneur with 10 years of experience in the Restaurant and Food industry and a strong knowledge of fine gastronomy and enology. After graduating from Bocconi University, he moved to San Diego to achieve an M.B.A. at the age of 24. He worked 3 years with the Vigilucci’s Restaurant group, a San Diego based company where he served first as Marketing and Brand Manager and then as F&B Manager.
In November 2015 he co-founded, together with his partners and best friends Andrea Burrone and Luca Salvi, Milano Five Group LLC, a San Diego based company, through which they opened and now own a The Ambrogio15 Restaurant Group, where thet created a unique and innovative high end pizza dining experience as well as established a successful brand with strong scalability potential.
At the same time, they began to develop a 3rd concept (and 5th store owned by the company) centered around Piadina, an iconic Italian sandwich typical of Rimini, Emilia-Romagna. This new store will operate under the name Ciao Ciao Piadina – The Aperitivo Social Club and is set to open in February 2021 and will furtherly expand the group’s leadership in the San Diego Italian food scene.
In 2021, Giacomo and Andrea launched Semola, a brand-new concept which brought to San Diego a different way to experience modern Italian gastronomy.
